12 Month / 12,000 Mile Nationwide Warranty
and 24 Month / 24,000 Mile Local In-House Warranty

We believe we have the best Technicians and the highest quality parts you can find so we back up all of our work with our Nationwide Warranty and Local In-House Warranty programs.

Nationwide Limited Warranty: 12 Months / 12,000 Miles

• Our workmanship and parts are guaranteed for 12 months / 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. Please note: Due to manufacturer’s warranties, some parts may have a warranty that extends beyond 12 months or 12,000 miles. Click here for terms, conditions and exclusions.
• All warranty repairs that fall under the umbrella of our Nationwide Limited Warranty must be performed at our shop if the vehicle is within a 25 mile radius of our auto repair shop. Please call us at (520) 300-9111.
• If the vehicle is more than 25 miles away from our shop, please call our Nationwide Warranty Administrator (Sonsio, Inc.) at 1.866.365.9228 – they will direct you to the nearest authorized warranty repair facility.
• Authorization MUST be obtained prior to any warranty repair work. Repairs performed without authorization will not be reimbursed. Warranty will be limited to reimbursement up to the amount of the original service or repair.

Local In-House Warranty: 24 Months / 24,000 Miles

• Our workmanship and parts are guaranteed for 24 months / 24,000 miles, whichever comes first, with our Local In-House Warranty. Please note: Due to manufacturer’s warranties, some parts may have a warranty that extends beyond 24 months or 24,000 miles.
• All warranty repairs that fall under the umbrella of our Local In-House Warranty must be performed at our shop. Please call us at (520) 300-9111 for complete details, terms and conditions of our Local In-House Warranty.
• Authorization MUST be obtained prior to any warranty repair work. Repairs performed without authorization will not be reimbursed. Warranty will be limited to reimbursement up to the amount of the original service or repair.
