At Jimmy’s Broadway Automotive, we are equipped to service and repair both R-12 and R134a systems. Our Technicians are trained and certified by the EPA to safely handle freon. Our services range from leak detection and diagnosis to compressors and retrofits.
Our ASE Certified Technicians can perform the following services:
- Visual inspection of the compressor belt and hoses.
- Test of the refrigerant level.
- Evaluation of air duct temperature and compressor operating pressure.
- If necessary evacuate the old refrigerant and recharge with new refrigerant to factory specifications.
- Run vehicle to operating temperature testing pressures and duct temperatures.
- Final test for leaks with our modern electronic refrigerant tester.
